Combined Properties is pleased to announce the recent hire of John T. Valente, who joined the firm earlier this week as vice president of commercial real estate. Welcome, John!
For over 20 years John has worked in corporate accounting and commercial, industrial, retail, and low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC), and section 8 residential property and asset management. John earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Massachusetts at Boston and Masters of Business Administration in Accounting from Suffolk University Sawyer School of Management. He is also a candidate for Certified Property Manager (CPM®) from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). John’s interests include running, sports, and travel and he lives in Melrose with his wife.
