Combined Properties, Inc. is pleased to announce that it has entered into a lease agreement with Subway, the world’s largest submarine sandwich chain. This Subway store will occupy 1,310 square feet of the 15,725 square foot building at 207-209 Centre Street, in Malden.
Subway, a first class sandwich chain with more than 37,000 locations around the world has become the leading choice for people seeking quick, nutritious meals the whole family can enjoy. Subway has been looking to open a franchise in Malden and after careful analysis has selected this Combined Properties location to open its new store.
This new Subway shop will join a roster of tenants anchored by national retailers AT&T, Rent-a-Center and a US Army Recruitment Office. Subway will also share the retail strip with Mimi’s Roast Beef and Eastern Dry Cleaners. Located on the busy corner of Main and Centre Streets (Route 60), this highly visible location is in the heart of Malden’s Central Business District.
