Chelsea, MA | Hub Food Corp, a Cheslea-based cash and carry operation specializing in snack foods and bakery goods, has signed a 11,876 SF lease at 36 Auburn Street, a first-class industrial property owned and managed by Combined Properties. Hub Food has relocated from its previous space on Williams Street, also owned and managed by Combined Properties, to one that better suits its current needs.
“We always make it a priority to accommodate our existing clients,” said Greg Regazzini, Vice President and Director of Leasing for Combined Properties. “This new space will allow Hub Food to continue to successfully operate in Chelsea, a goal that we all share.”
The third generation company has been in Chelsea since 2006 and operating since 1985. When Hub Food Corp relocated to Chelsea it acquired Sweet Life Foods, one of 172-176 Williams Street’s original tenants.
The first-class industrial complex has additional warehouse spaces available for lease. Conveniently located just five minutes to Boston and Logan International Airport, it’s adjacent to the Tobin Bridge and offers direct access to Boston/Route 1.
