Rachel Davis Baime joined Combined Properties in July 2024, as Vice President of Legal Affairs. Rachel is a member of the Massachusetts Bar and has been admitted to the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Rachel began her legal career as a Bankruptcy Attorney, focused on Creditors’ Rights. She has been practicing Commercial Real Estate law for over 20 years with experience in all areas of commercial real estate including commercial acquisitions, commercial and residential development, financing, leasing, and condominium conversion. She has many years’ of experience in local zoning from her time on the Andover Zoning Board of Appeals. Rachel earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hamilton College and a Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University Law School. Rachel volunteers her time helping young children explore possible careers in the law. Rachel is a member of the Boston Bar Association and the Real Estate Bar Association. Rachel lives in Andover with her husband and three children.
