Mystic Brewery Renews Chelsea Lease

news_mystic15Chelsea, MA | Mystic Brewery, a Chelsea-based, Belgian style microbrewery, has renewed its 12,865 square foot lease at 174 Williams Street, a first-class industrial property owned and managed by Combined Properties.
Since operations began in early 2011, Mystic Brewery has seen healthy expansion, most recently opening an artisanal beer café modeled after the tradition of small tap rooms associated with many European breweries. In addition to adding this tasting room where full pours are available, the brewery is now offering tours as well.

“This space has allowed us the freedom to expand, which means we can focus on what’s important to us: cultivating the beer scene in the Boston area,” said Mystic Brewery founder Bryan Greenhagen.

“This area is becoming increasingly desirable for start-ups and well established businesses, as Chelsea boasts a thriving art community, functions as a center of food production for metro Boston, and offers quick and easy access to the city,” said Greg Regazzini, Vice President and Director of Leasing for Combined Properties.

Conveniently located just five minutes to Boston and Logan International Airport, 174 Williams Street in Chelsea is adjacent to the Tobin Bridge and offers direct access to Boston/Route 1. The first-class industrial complex has additional warehouse spaces available for lease.
