Combined Properties is excited to announce the promotion of Greg Regazzini to Senior Vice President, Director of Leasing. At Combined Properties he oversees the negotiation and leasing of a diverse portfolio of flex, industrial, office, R&D, and retail space and maintains existing client relationships. With assets under care totaling 34 properties and over 3 million square feet, Greg also performs market analysis relative to evaluating the company’s portfolio and is responsible for creating and implementing related marketing programs.
Greg is a member of the Massachusetts Bar, is a registered real estate broker and member of the North Shore Chamber of Commerce. Greg has over twenty-five years of progressive real estate experience in the Greater Metropolitan Boston area as a real estate broker and attorney. Living in his home town of Reading with his wife and two children, Greg volunteers for a variety of community-based programs.
