[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Combined Properties, Inc. is pleased to announce that it has renewed its 32,886 SF lease at 191 Williams Street in Chelsea with Hardware Products Company.
Established in 1866, Hardware Products Company (HPC), is celebrating its 150th anniversary this year, making it one of the oldest continuous manufacturers of springs in the country, though it started out as a supplier to the textile industry. As one of the original tenants at 191-201 Williams Street, a 250,000 square foot first-class industrial center owned and managed by Combined Properties, Hardware Products has been at this Chelsea location since 1986.
“Hardware Products relocated to Chelsea from the North End and, 30 years later, Chelsea and Combined Properties continue to serve our needs,” said Ted White, president of Hardware Products. “We feel fortunate to have a landlord like Combined Properties. Their property management is first class and they have demonstrated a continued willingness to update and modernize the facility over the years.”
“Our relationship with Hardware Products spans three decades and, after all these years, they’re much more than just clients; they’re friends,” said Combined Properties’ Greg Regazzini, vice president and director of leasing. “We remain committed to them as they in turn are committed to creating products and services of exceptional quality.”
Conveniently located just five minutes to Boston and Logan International Airport, 191 Williams Street in Chelsea is adjacent to the Tobin Bridge and offers direct access to Boston/Route 1. The industrial complex has additional warehouse spaces available, some with generous refrigerated areas, which is a valuable asset in this food-centric area.
