Combined Properties, Inc. is pleased to announce that it has signed a lease with Black Label Barbershop. The lease totals 1,100 SF at 20 Irving Street Malden, MA.
“We are excited to welcome Mr. Lam, owner of Black Label Barbershop, into our portfolio of downtown Malden clients” said Greg Regazzini, VP and Director of Leasing for Combined Properties. “We are confident his experienced team of barbers will create a buzz in Malden’s red hot Central Business District!”
This is Black Label Barbershop’s second location. His other shop is located in Saugus, MA. Mr. Lam was attracted to the building’s central location and proximity to several nearby schools. Mr. Lam is in the process of making significant interior improvements to the former home of Wigs By Helen which operated on site for over thirty years. He hopes to be open in January 2018 and looks forward to creating lasting relationships with members of the community for years to come.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
