Malden, MA | Combined Properties is pleased to announce three lease renewals of longstanding clients at 14-20 Irving Street in Malden. Longstanding Fallou African Hair Braiding renewed their 1,100 s/f retail space at 14 Irving Street. Fallou opened on Irving Street in 2010.
Cosmos Hair Styling has renewed its lease at 18 Irving Street in Malden. Cosmos has been at this 1,100 s/f location since 2003.
Additionally, Karen Bickford d/b/a Wigs by Helen has renewed her lease with Combined Properties for 1,100 s/f of retail space at 20 Irving Street. Wigs By Helen has been a tenant in the 15,000 s/f single story building located in the CBD for more than 20 years.
