Combined Properties, Inc. is pleased to announce that Walden Behavioral Care, LLC, has renewed a 6,663 SF lease at Two Corporation Way in Centennial Park, Peabody.
Established in 2003 to help women, men, and adolescents find treatment options that meet their specific needs related to eating disorders, Walden offers a continuum of care that includes inpatient, residential, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient programs. This whole health approach integrates the best treatments offered in medicine, psychotherapy, nutrition and healing therapies.
“Two Corporation Way’s exceptional location was a primary factor in Walden’s initial decision to come to Centennial Park,” said Greg Regazzini, SVP and Director of Leasing for Combined Properties. “This lease affirms that the first-class properties in our Peabody portfolio continue to facilitate the needs of well-established companies like Walden Behavioral and its Centennial Park neighbors.”
Walden Behavioral Care is located in Waltham, Peabody, Braintree, Hyannis, Milford, Amherst, and Worcester cities in Massachusetts and South Windsor and Guilford cities in Connecticut.
