Richard Gray, Vice President of Facilities, has been with Combined Properties for 12 years. Richard has over 20 years of experience in facilities management. As Vice President of Facilities, he oversees a portfolio of 1.6 million sq. ft. of industrial, office, and retail space. In addition to the day to day management of these properties Richard is involved in the construction management for new tenant fit-ups. Richard is a graduate of Northeastern University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a concentration in Management Information Systems. Richard is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Massachusetts. In his free time Richard enjoys travelling, sports, boating, and visiting his daughter and son who live in Spain and California. He lives in Chelmsford with his wife.
