Combined Properties, Inc. is pleased to announce that HTS Engineering has signed a 18,581 SF lease at One Corporation Way in Centennial Park, Peabody. HTS is one of the largest independent built-to-order commercial and industrial full service HVAC manufacturer’s representatives in North America.
“One Corporation Way, one of five buildings in our Peabody portfolio, is an excellent fit for HTS Engineering,” said John Pereira, president of Combined Properties. “The Centennial Park area is becoming a hub for many business leaders including Analogic, Boston Children’s at Peabody, Cardinal Health, and Carl Zeiss. HTS will be right at home in the park.”
Founded in 1992 with 16 locations in Canada and the United States, HTS has grown significantly over the years. HTS credits its impressive growth and market share to a steadfast commitment to the shared success of all the individuals involved in the design, selection, installation and maintenance of the right HVAC solution for each project. “We are excited to become part of the Centennial Park community. Combined Properties has been great to work with, providing us with a short term lease pending the completion of our new headquarters at One Corporation Way,” said Peter Foss, principal, HTS New England.
“We are very pleased to welcome such an innovative company to our portfolio of tenants and look forward to serving their needs for years to come,” added Combined Properties President John Pereira.
Centennial Park is strategically located at the crossroads of Route 128, I-95 and Route 1, and is only 17 miles to Boston and Logan International Airport. Directly off exit 28 on Route 128, the business park offers users outstanding highway access.
