We are seeking an experienced HVAC tech for our multi-use portfolio of properties located on the North Shore. Duties and responsibilities include installing new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems; inspecting and performing equipment repairs and replacements and performing preventive maintenance.
Candidates should have experience using computer-controlled BAS systems to evaluate, diagnose problems, and make adjustments to temperatures and humidity settings to ensure that proper comfort levels are maintained at all times and that the equipment is operating properly.
Competencies include 5 years of related experience, familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams, ability to handle physical and strenuous workload, including lifting 100 lbs. Previous experience includes operation of operation of automated building systems by Siemens and Trane, or similar systems and servicing boilers. Local candidates only.
